Q: Do you have a brochure?
A: Our website is our full online portfolio. We regularly update our website with new and exciting designs.
Q: Do you have a shop
A: Fine&Dandy is a web based company. Should you wish to discuss any designs or bespoke options we would be happy to do this via email or by telephone.
Q: Do you produce additional items?
A: We can produce additional items through our bespoke service, which would be specifically tailored to the individual.
Q: Will I recieve a proof?
A: Once you have placed your order and provided your details, a free email PDF proof will be sent for approval. Please thoroughly check all details, particularly spellings of names, dates and addresses. Then email your reply to: info@fineanddandydesign.com stating your approval or changes if required. No stationery will be sent to print without final approval.
Q: Can I make changes after I get my proof?
A: You may change the wording that appears on your proof free of charge. However, once we have approval, any further changes will incur a cost, which we will inform you of before any changes are made.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Email proofs will be sent out within an agreed time schedule from receipt of order and personal details. This applies to most of our invitations. Some of our invitations may take slightly longer to produce, but we will notify you during the ordering process when your estimated delivery time would be. Our guide would be 4-6 weeks from when the order is placed. We can offer an express service upon special request, which would incur an additional cost.
Q: Can I have a different colour option to what's available online?
A: On most of our invitations we offer alternative colour options, but if you have something specific in mind, just send us an email, so we can discuss your ideas.
